Despite all the black eyes that the Christian religion has suffered over the ages, due to the missteps of it’s own followers, the figure of Jesus still remains one of the most well-respected and influential religious icons in the world today. Why is that? What is it about him or how he operated that left and continues to leave such a mark on humanity?
I’m sure you’d get different answers to that question from different parts of the Christian community, but this Sunday I’m going to explore one reason that has resonated deeply within many of us.
