Family Camp is an all-inclusive mission trip for the entire family organized through Amor Ministries, an organization we’ve frequently partnered with. It’s about helping families Take Water and offer hope to Mexican families by building them a home. How? Approximately 25 family campers per build team will construct homes in Baja, Mexico over a week’s time for the express purpose of keeping those families together. You will be picked up by coach at the San Diego airport around noon on Saturday and travel to the Amor Hacienda Camp in Tecate.
During the week we will camp out in a tent city that surrounds our large big top tent where we gather, to share incredible meals, family infused worship, camp fires and themed parties. We will also hold a VBS program for the children in the community we build in. On Thursday after the completion of the home we have a house dedication and love feast with thefamily we have built along side of all week. We return to the US on Friday morning and travel again by coach to the Bayside Holiday Inn in San Diego. Saturday morning we have a continental breakfast before families catch a flight for home.
