Chances are we are going to be thinking through the end of 2019, and looking forward to 2020, maybe looking to see what needs to get a little healthier in our lives next year.  How we can improve things.  How we can level up.
This is an important time to reflect on what we want to work on in 2020 but it’s also a time to think about how we will make the changes we want to make – so they stick.
This week, we are going to work on getting ready for the Reset series by exploring how to make changes in our lives that stick, and don’t only last until the middle of February.
