It’s almost the middle of summer and many of us have taken time away from the regular pace of life to relax and recharge – to take holidays. But after the year we have had, and at the pace of our lives, it never seems like we get enough time off do we?

So the question we are going to explore is…

What helps us relax and recharge?

What things help us get ready to tackle the rest of our year, the rest of our lives? To be gracious and loving in our worlds.

Our spiritual ancestors thought a lot about this and they shared their wisdom in how they created their religious structures. Who knew that 6000 years ago people were thinking about the very same parts of life that we are and finding tools and practices that still work for us today – simple things that have major impact. Spirituality really does impact every part of our lives, doesn’t it!?!
