This week we are talking about a physical reset. And the truth is, probably more than any other part of our lives, we are bombarded by messages about how to be physically healthy
– Sleep 8+ hours a night
– Drink 8 glasses of water a day
– Get a minimum of 30 mins of exercise per day with your heart above 70%
– Don’t go outside without sunblock and sunglasses
– Don’t eat portions bigger than the palm of your hand
– and on and on and on!
Day in and day out we have messages telling us how to be healthy physically.
So, we could jump on the bandwagon and talk about what we already know, or we could explore the relationship between our physical lives and our spiritual experience – the connection we sometimes feel to something More in this world.
So that’s where we’re going to go this week, to see if we can develop our physical lives such that they grow our spirituality – to help us connect to the divine.
