Anyone ever find themselves relaxing in front of the TV for an evening and feeling a low level of guilt for not being productive? Or sleeping a little late when you don’t have to be up for anything specific and thinking about all the things you should have done first thing in the morning? Early bird gets the worm after all…
Why can’t we just relax and feel good about it? Why does there seem to be this low level of guilt that comes from us putting our feet up and just relaxing? Or sleeping in? Or doing something that isn’t productive?
This week, in our final week of the series, we are going to tackle sloth. Should we feel guilty about being lazy? Is that even what Sloth is all about? Or is there something much more important than avoiding relaxation at play here?
