“Everything in our world is evil and only the Divine is inherently good” – this was a prominent belief, known as dualism, that was firmly established in the religious world during the Reformation almost 500 years ago. Some would say that it was the rational tragedy of the Reformation, where faith was all about “being right”. This belief system has had huge ramifications on our society and likely in your own life without perhaps even realizing it.
