Stumbling Blocks
Speaker: Jeff Jarvis

“But you must be careful so that your freedom does not cause others with a weaker conscience to stumble.” The Book called 1 Corinthians 8:9 (The Bible)

For years, these words of Paul’s have been used as a stern warning to Christ-followers to avoid being a stumbling block or negative influence on others. And certain behaviors were outlawed for fear of what they could potentially do to others. Is this what Paul was encouraging in Corinth. Today, with more freedom than ever to do as we please, should the church be setting up more guidelines to prevent people from harming others?

Join us on Sunday as we unwrap the layers of confusion that have surrounded this issue for many years.
