Every one of us has been hurt by someone. Betrayal, gossip, judgement, abandonment, abuse…really, the list of ways it can happen is endless. Though the hurt might not be obvious to the naked eye, the pain from these kinds of wounds is real.

How is one supposed to respond to those who wound? Should justice and accountability be pursued? And what about the remaining wounds left behind? Are they supposed to just heal on their own, eventually? Or are we supposed to just live with the hauntings? Those dark memories and painful reminders that show up unannounced even years later.
