Every day someone’s life gets upended… An accident, a health scare, a relational blowout, a financial mishap, a company announcement, your child/teen begins to struggle, etc. Life happens and you and/or your family get thrown into chaos.

Events like these can put us on a crazy emotional roller coaster. A ride that can leave you angry or confused or frustrated – maybe even afraid and panicked.
What’s scary is if we’re not somewhat prepared for this chaos, some of our most natural tendencies and resources can lead us further into a world of hurt and isolation, frustration and even depression.

It’s in times like these that many realize they don’t have everything they need to get through. Other resources and responses are desperately needed. This is why we believe it’s so important to prepare, in advance, for life’s inevitable chaos.

This Sunday we begin a new series called “Wrestling Chaos”, designed to help you acquire needed resources and to train your responses. Because, as they say in the popular TV series, Game of Thrones, “Winter is Coming”. You best begin preparing.
