Speakers: Jeff Jarvis

One Sunday, a while back, I shared the story of Nicholas Winton, the man responsible for saving the lives of 669 children from the horrors of the holocaust. I was scrolling on social media one day and came across a clip of Nicholas, who, many years later, was thanked by a large group of now adults whom he had saved. I still remember watching the clip of this moment and being so emotionally moved and inspired. At the time, I had no idea what a deeply spiritual moment, simply observing gratitude being expressed, could create.

Though gratitude is a familiar concept, I don't know how many realize all the benefits behind this spiritual practice. Sadly, it can be complicated for some who have grown up in religious traditions where it was mostly focused on a particular conception of God. This Sunday I want to untangle it from some of that and share some keys to developing a transformative practice of gratitude.
