So I know this will sound really wrong to some – but I'm going to be honest about something… Over the last number of years, I have found myself less and less excited about sharing the traditional perspective of the Easter story at church. It’s not something I’m proud of, but it’s true. If you were to ask me why, I'd have to say it's because that perspective, well, it just doesn’t resonate with me – at least, not right now in my life. Having said that, there's another perspective of the Easter story that I didn't grow up with, that has captivated me. In fact, it's breathed new life and meaning into Easter, giving me reason to truly want to celebrate and commemorate this big weekend in the Christian tradition. This Sunday Vince, the band, and I – we all want to share this perspective with you.
