A lot can get done in four days, you can deep clean your home, binge watch your favorite TV series, or complete the Bow River Pathway. This team, though, fully finished a 20×20 house from the ground up. Yes there were some mistakes made, and words of frustration expressed but hey, at the end of the day nothing but laughter can be heard from our site. Jokes between the team and the family we worked alongside this week.
The fourth day really shifts us from being a team to being a family. We have pushed ourselves to our limit and past and witnessed each other do the same. The camaraderie is so unique to this trip, if anyone is reading this and hesitant on joining us next year, I want you to know you can do it and you will be so glad you did.
