Project Mexico 2026 - Day 3

After the longest day of travel, we have managed to get half of the team to Ensenada and half to San Diego with plans to get to Ensenada early in the AM. We have persevered through challenge after challenge and are becoming a better team for it all.

The team got separated on to two flights, one heading directly from Calgary to San Diego in the morning, and the other connecting through Seattle. As luck would have it, both flights got delayed, resulting in half the team feeling it is best to spend the night in San Diego rather than drive at night.

Fortunately the first group's drive went smoothly with no challenges at customs or en route, and they have settled into their accommodations, ready to wake up bright and early to get started. Let's all cross our fingers for a smooth drive for team two!

At times it has felt like a comedy of errors, but we are excited to get started on the home build tomorrow morning!
