Physical Self Care can be a paradox – do too much and you burn out, do too little and you get unhealthy. So how do you thread that needle?

While you are busy?
While you are stressed?
While you are dealing with the emotions of our current reality?
While you are being pulled in a million different directions?
While life happens??

That’s the complexity of physical Self Care, it doesn’t seem to be as simple as just taking a nap. And it’s not as simple as just “run for an hour a day and you will be fine”. It seems to be way more nuanced than that. Way more unique to each of us and each of our situations. What is recharging for some is draining for others.
