Have you ever been around controlling people? You know, the kind that demand that you do what they want? Or the kind that makes big drama of any little thing so you drop everything and help? The kind that try and keep everyone safe, including you, even if you are not worried about the same thing? No matter who they are, their attempts to manipulate us are irritating at best, and drive us nuts at worst.
But the questions I want to ask is what does the Bible say about these kinds of people? What do we need to learn when dealing them? You might be surprised to see that the story of Judas, the story that is normally focused on the betrayal, can give us deep insight into the minds of these manipulators, and even for those open to it, insight into our own minds.
