Summer has a way of scattering us - and that's okay. That's just life in Calgary. But if you find yourself in town on a Sunday, here's a reason to show up at the Spiritual Gym. This summer we're exploring books that have cracked something open for us - ideas that quietly rewired how we see ourselves, challenged us spiritually, and asked us to sit with the bigger questions: What does it look like to live toward something More? One talk. One book. One idea worth sitting with. No catch-up required. These are books that stirred something spiritual in us, that pushed us to look harder at what it means to be healthy, to be connected, and to Take Water to the people around us. These conversations have a way of landing somewhere real - and sending you back into your week with a little more to give, or a little more health. Either is fine. Whether this is your first time or you've been coming for years, you'll find something worth the drive this summer.

Series Ran July 5th - September 6th.
