Speaker: Jeff Jarvis

Besides the obvious benefit of leaving a positive mark on someone’s life, current research tells us that living generously leads to happier, healthier, more fulfilled lives with stronger relationships. Which is probably why most of us want to be generous. It can be a huge win/win for everyone involved.

However, it can be tricky. From figuring out what kinds of needs/causes are legit to deciding how much time/money/other resources one can and should give away – it can be much easier to just turn a blind eye and to say “Not this time”. Thankfully many persevere.

Over the years I’ve observed people’s generosity journeys and have noticed some patterns. This Sunday I want to talk about some of the patterns and principles that some of the most generous people I know have followed.
