Speaker: Jeff Jarvis

Many jokes are told of the poor souls who sign up for a gym membership or buy a treadmill but never get more than a month in before calling it quits. I would be counted among that group. The truth is, most of us know what it’s like to start something we didn't finish or follow through on. This happens often for people on the spiritual journey!

Many start the journey with enthusiasm but stop prematurely. Their experience?? Sour. Often a brief, impotent and often frustrating experience that fell way short of their expectations.

This Sunday, I want to revisit a couple principles that we have found key to the Spiritual “Long game”. If you are serious about your spiritual journey, I think you would be wise to know these principles and keep them close. If you're not sure what I'm talking about, I would recommend you sit in on this weekend’s talk. It just might steer you clear of the dreaded spiritual “short game”.
