How are you doing today?  Feeling good?  No one is caffeinating for any other reason than the taste right, of course not!  We all got 8+ hours of sleep.  We’ve eaten right all week.  We have exercised 3-4 times for more than 30 minutes each time.  Our relationships are all healthy and working well.  Our inner work is all done.  We’ve forgiven ourselves of any mistakes.  That’s us…..right?
