As we come out of our last two series we start to ask the question, now that we are growing in our awareness of how to motivate ourselves, and when we look at the spiritual journey through this lens of "we":

What should we motivate ourselves towards to have a healthy spirituality?

When we look back at our spiritual ancestors, we see similar questions. What is this journey all leading to?

And an answer posed by one of the giants of our faith, interpreting the words of Jesus, healthy spirituality is measured by the fruit.

Fruit -- the way our spirituality expresses itself in our actions and being.

- How loving are we?
- Do we have peace and joy in our lives?
- Are we reacting to the world with skill and love?

Over the next five weeks we are going to take a deep dive into some inner work that creates a healthy spirituality -- that creates fruit in our lives. We are going to build on the last few series to start to learn where this might all be leading.

We encourage each and every one of you to commit to the Spiritual Gym for the next few weeks to work on the direction of your growth - to work on your fruit.

Series ran May - June 2022
